Okay I'm the middle guy sort of with some things like products. I can not control when the wholesaler/manufacture is out of stock or behind filling orders. All I can do is give my sales rep a hard time like some customers want to do to me on occasions. For aquariums (larger) it is hard for us to stock these in our little mom & pop shop so we have to rely on our supplier. That's why we offer really good deals that you will have a hard time finding anywhere else. I do not make a ton of money on these aquariums so I do not need to hear that the box store has a stack of tanks laying around that you can get anytime? That's fine because the main thing is us filling you up on the best fish in town along with great valuable personal service.
Other business maybe experiencing this due to the fact that many manufactures have reduce their output because the slow economy in the last year or so. So now busy season is here & they were not ready for the big increases in orders. So now they are playing catch up with demand.

I'm sorry if your order has taking a bit longer to get in, but it will come. I was advised AG brand tanks etc will arrive next Thursday to us. Perfecto brand should be filled this week.
