Fish are in......

Okay it has been a crazy 24 hours. Fish arrived today & only had a notice yesterday evening that they were coming. ugh. Most look pretty good. Some stuff was a no show. Had some minor losses as of now. I know a lot of people been calling & emailing about this expected shipment, but the fish need to be settled in for a few days before sale. So be patient if your are seriously interested and want to purchase a fish or fishes and take them home and quarantine them your self & treat them that is up to you & we can not and will not guarantee this fish period. Also we can not hold fish & will be first come first serve. If you want to pay for a fish in full to hold it until ready to go to its new home that is a option. Cash is the preferred payment here & some discounted will be only CASH or you will have to pay more with credit card use.

Wow what a trip so far...

There is a lot to write about & pics & videos to post. Will put a couple in.
Collected some awesome fishes. Some big, some small, some weird, some amazing, some rare or new fishes. Will be shipping back some pike cichlids, angels, apistos, piranha, red wolf fish, pleco's, cat fish, and some odd stuff. Also should have coming some nice discus & much more. Stayed tuned and check back. I will update fish list when I get back to the states.

I'm here!

I'm here in Lima Peru at Starbucks at about 12:50am. Catch our flight to Iquitos then to the Amazon to collect some fishes.
Journey so far has been a experience and will write about when I get back including pics and video.

Part 2 Aquarium....

Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga is one of my favorites & this was my third visit. It is only about 2 hours from Atlanta Aquarium. Chattanooga is a very nice clean area and has lot of things to do & see & eat all in a walking distance. A good place to take a family trip.
There is a new addition to the Aquarium with a second building next door. You start by going up to the top level. The first exhibit was my favorite. A South American lagoon with a channel that ran under a bridge where it went around an island that had a pair of rare macaws.
There was some arowanas a nice trio of leopoldi sting rays & one tiger sting ray that were so awsome I could have stayed there for a good part of the day. Next was a rock formation salt water pool which many zoos & aquariums have now of bonnet head hammer head sharks and small rays that you can touch. next was a butterfly room. Then on to that main exhibit of a large salt tank that was done very nicely because it was like going into a cavern of caves and different openings to see different angles of the same large salt tanks with sharks and many other types of fish in a natural setting. Most aquariums have the half circle or the tube you walk through so this was different and I like very much. Other displays including Jelly Fish, cuddle fishes and more. Then you move to the main building witch house some large fresh water exhibits and a large salt tank also. They also have turtle exhibits which were really cool. There is much more but you need to go check it out yourself.

Public Aquarium Pics & review

Atlanta Aquarium In Georgia was impressive. The Super size aquarium housing the 4 Whale Sharks was amazing. I also did behind the scene tour which made even better. I have been to many aquariums near & far. My only complaint was the lack of some exhibits of other fishes as in South American and other animals I would like have seen. I maybe a little more of a critic due to that I have seen many. I have noticed that a lot of Aquariums are a revolving door of the same displays. As in some salt water displays and some fresh water displays. They have the same animals and or same look. So I look for a different approach how the exhibits look with the same animals also. Have seen some nice smaller Aquariums that I viewed as better then some larger ones because how the display housed the animals & if how they were maintained.
