For public information: I setup a large custom aquarium for the Barkley Pet Spa in Orange owned by Howard when it opened over a year ago. Well he had a problem paying for services etc. He will be going on a year of owing SF money & has a total disregard for his vendors & contractors. I know I was not the only one unpaid at the time when I no longer would continue services unpaid. He is poor in business ethics, morals especially for a small business like us that strive to be the best we can everyday.
So if you may do business with Mr. Howard make sure you are paid in advance prior to providing hard work and professional service.
