Okay for customers wanting to know when I'm at the shop is typically Monday,Wednesday, Thursday 3-7pm & Saturday 11-5. I'm in and out during the day for service calls & such. My crew can handle most of what you may need or questions you may have? If not they can try to call me or we can get back to you later. Email works good for me so when I do get some down time which is not much, I can answer most questions.
NOW for the Telemarketers, At& t etc.. please remove us from your frikin list!
Also some suppliers please if I say call back in a few weeks or so or I will call you back that does not mean call me back in seven days! I know its tuff out there and we all need business more then ever before, but I also have a business to run and customers to take care of first! So Please reduce calling us. Or better yet send a email & say Hi & whats new? Thank You.

Now emails. Wow kinda like the phone, I get hundreds a day! Most are junk, jokes etc.. Please if some how you get lost in one of the unread 300 emails not read, shoot me another or call me at above times I'm at the shop. I do appologize if I missed you!

We may make some changes in the near future at the store? We will be working on some new ideas to better serve our core customers here and beyond. As most know retail is not easy & takes a lot of time & work to keep it afloat. In the near future we may be closing a couple or few days a week to put more efforts into our hatchery/breeding programs & some other business developments in the works. We will be working on doing more internet business for the future.
